Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of banquet or event management experience.
• Food Handlers certification.
• Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team of 3+ full-time associates.
• Scheduling, payroll, and staff evaluation experience.
• Strong focus on guest service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all banquet operations, including setup, service, and breakdown of events.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate banquet staff, maintaining high service standards.
• Prepare schedules, payroll, wage progress reports, and manage tip distribution.
• Coordinate with culinary and service teams to ensure smooth event execution.
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and loss prevention standards in all service areas.
• Maintain open communication with sales, culinary, and management teams.
• Monitor and control costs while ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
