Qualifications

• Experience leading hospitality teams and coaching staff.
• Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including F&B, A/V, and events.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with guest-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales team and head chef to deliver events that exceed guest expectations.
• Plan event layouts and oversee venue setup to ensure proper arrangements.
• Coordinate staffing, preparing work schedules for banquet servers and event staff.
• Oversee meals and beverage service from seating to clearing.
• Manage liquor and soft drink availability and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead and mentor team to maintain operational excellence.
