Qualifications

• 8+ years in payments, with focus on enterprise FI in North America.
• Proven track record building and closing large bank/financial institution partnerships.
• Familiarity with North American regulatory landscape affecting FI payments.
• Ability to negotiate favorable terms and define partner engagement models.
• Hands-on leader who drives pipeline and collaborates cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Build, close and deliver a strong pipeline of enterprise bank partnerships in North America.
• Shape the FI vertical strategy for North America and globally.
• Lead market analysis to identify trends, opportunities and threats for growth.
• Contribute to product roadmap, pricing and go-to-market initiatives.
• Represent the company at industry events as a spokesperson for the FI vertical.
