Analytic Recruiting Inc. is seeking a hands-on Senior Business Analyst to drive data-driven insights, optimize processes, and modernize digital workflows across Retail, Commercial, Corporate, Treasury, Payments, and Digital Banking businesses.

The role analyzes customer, product, and operational data, designs scalable business processes, and partners with Operations, Technology, Risk, and Compliance to deliver measurable improvements in customer experience and portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in business analysis, process design, or workflow transformation within Retail, Commercial, Corporate, or Treasury Banking.
• Strong domain knowledge in deposits, consumer lending, commercial lending, treasury services, payments, FX, onboarding, servicing workflows, and digital banking.
• Proficiency in BPMN process modeling, use case development, user stories, functional specifications, and data flow mapping.
• Experience with banking analytics, including KPI design, dashboarding, segmentation, portfolio analysis, and customer behavior insights.
• Understanding of core banking systems, treasury platforms, payment rails, FX engines, and digital banking systems (FIS, Fiserv, Temenos, Thought Machine, or similar).
• Strong experience with SQL and Power BI (or Tableau)

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer, product, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and performance gaps across Retail, Commercial, and Corporate Banking.
• Build dashboards, KPI frameworks, and executive reporting that track portfolio health, customer behavior, lending performance, treasury services utilization, and digital adoption.
• Define and track outcome-based KPIs for all initiatives, including deposit growth, lending efficiency, treasury product adoption, digital engagement, and risk reduction.
