Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst in Dallas to lead business and technology transformation for Banking & Capital Markets clients. You will translate business needs into platform requirements, collaborate with product owners, platform vendors, and delivery teams, and drive end-to-end analysis and validation across the lifecycle.

Ideal candidates have hands-on banking platform experience, SDLC/Agile expertise, and the ability to articulate complex requirements through user stories

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar techno-functional role.
• Experience with banking platform implementation, migration, or integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and analysis for banking platform projects and transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews, discovery sessions, and requirements workshops.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for platform teams.
• Perform fit-gap analysis and ensure alignment with business objectives and platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with vendors, architects, engineers, testers, and client stakeholders across the delivery lifecycle.
• Define migration, data-conversion, and data-validation requirements and cutover planning.
