The role emphasizes Agile/Scrum delivery, sprint planning, backlog management, risk mitigation, and collaboration with business, compliance, and engineering stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps. NYC base salary $130k-$140k/year, plus benefits.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex banking technology programs, ensuring seamless coordination among cross-functional teams to meet project goals.
• Drive Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies, serving as Scrum Master or TPM, managing sprint planning, backlogs, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with business, compliance, and engineering stakeholders to translate banking requirements into executable technical roadmaps.
• Demonstrate strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills to effectively manage global teams and align with executive expectations.
