Job summary

Synechron seeks an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery for banking and financial services clients in the United States. You will manage complex programs, work with cross-functional teams, and ensure delivery excellence aligned with client objectives.

The role requires 10+ years in IT delivery and 5+ years in BFS/US markets, with strong leadership and Agile governance capabilities. Dallas base salary is $180k-$200k/year with benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT delivery, project/ program management, or technology consulting.
• 5+ years delivering technology programs for BFS/US market.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with Agile governance and delivery metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technology delivery for BFS clients.
• Define delivery plans, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional and distributed teams across US delivery locations.
• Manage client relationships and executive governance reviews.
• Ensure delivery quality, regulatory compliance, and alignment with client objectives.
