Job summary
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions seeks an experienced Agile Project Manager to lead enterprise projects and programs, focusing on security posture for Corporate Banking & Wealth Management technology. You will coordinate sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors while driving delivery and governance.
The role requires PMP or equivalent, strong communication, and a proven ability to manage multiple initiatives in a complex IT environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and five years of project management experience.
- Experience as Scrum Master and managing agile software projects.
- PMP certification required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with sponsors, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects concurrently.
- Experience with Kanban, Jira, and Confluence.
Responsibilities
- Manage software, systems, and business projects.
- Define scope and schedule with timely delivery.
- Plan delivery and manage project risks.
- Prepare project docs: plans, stories, burn-up/down, release plans, postmortems.
- Mentor teams and remove blockers; enable capacity.
- Support Product Owner in stakeholder communications and governance.
- Define and improve Agile project management processes.
- Execute departmental projects and tasks.
- Mentor associates to develop business knowledge and PM skills.
