Job summary
Synechron seeks an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end technology delivery for banking and financial services clients in the United States. The role requires strong program and project management, technical understanding, client relationship management, and BFS domain expertise.
You will oversee complex initiatives with cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery aligned with client objectives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of IT delivery, project or program management experience.
- 5+ years delivering technology programs for BFS in the US.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile, governance, risk management and executive reporting.
- Knowledge of SDLC, cloud platforms, and modern engineering practices.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery of technology projects and programs for BFS clients.
- Define delivery plans, milestones, budgets, risks and dependencies.
- Lead cross-functional and distributed teams across US and offshore locations.
- Ensure delivery against scope, timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Maintain delivery governance, KPIs, dashboards, and executive reviews.
- Manage project financials, including budgets, forecasts and margins.
