Accenture Strategy is seeking a Senior Manager to lead enterprise-wide banking strategy engagements across commercial and retail banking, capital markets, and payments. You will guide C-suite through transformative programs and translate strategy into executable roadmaps, building lasting client partnerships.

Lead multi-workstream programs, shape operating models, digital banking, and AI-enabled transformations, while coaching managers and collaborating with global Accenture teams.

Competenze

• 7+ years in management consulting or banking transformation.
• Experience advising C-suite and leading large programs.
• Strong track record in strategy-to-implementation delivery.
