Job summary

Accenture Strategy in the United States is seeking a strategic leader to drive commercial banking growth and transformation initiatives. You will guide engagement delivery, design operating models, optimize client experiences, and shape pricing and digital transformation programs for banking clients.

You will mentor teams, collaborate with senior executives, and apply analytics to inform recommendations and outcomes, including profitability and portfolio performance analysis.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience from a consulting firm, or internal Strategy equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years of experience working with Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions at the intersection of Business and Technology, with relevant exposure to Commercial Banking topics such as operating models, digital disruption, lending, treasury management, payments, relationship management, and client experience transformation.
• Minimum 3 years of experience delivering analytics or digital technology projects for commercial banking or financial services clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements, covering growth strategy, operating model design, client experience, pricing, and digital transformation.
• Lead teams to deliver banking strategy solutions meeting clients' needs across commercial banking growth, operating model, client experience, product, pricing, and digital transformation initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior client leaders and partner to create strategic solutions that position Accenture as a trusted advisor.
• Advise clients on market growth, client segmentation, relationship management, lending and deposit strategy, treasury management, payments, and channel strategy.
