You will mentor teams, partner with senior client leaders, and deliver practical, executable strategies across commercial banking topics such as lending, treasury, payments, and channel strategy, all aimed at measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Strategy consulting experience from a consulting firm, or internal Strategy equivalent.
• 4+ years of Banking, Capital Markets, and Payment institutions experience at the intersection of Business and Technology.
• 3+ years delivering analytics or digital technology projects for commercial banking or financial services clients.
• 4+ years leading large-scale transformation programs, including at least one in banking/financial services.
• 4+ years managing consulting or project teams.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements, including growth strategy, operating model design, client experience, pricing, and digital transformation.
• Lead teams to deliver banking strategy solutions for growth, operating model, client experience, product, pricing, and digital initiatives.
• Build relationships with senior client leaders to create strategic solutions and position Accenture as a trusted advisor.
• Advise clients on market growth, client segmentation, relationship management, lending and deposit strategy, treasury management, payments, and channel strategy.
• Integrate AI tools into engagement delivery and identify value opportunities across operations and back-office processes.
• Provide guidance on quantitative analysis and research to generate actionable insights and outcomes.
• Contribute to Accenture’s Banking practice through thought leadership and client-facing content.
• Mentor junior Strategy team members; travel may be required based on client demand.
