Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Management Consulting Senior Manager in the Banking practice to lead large-scale AI-driven transformations for retail banking clients in the United States. The role requires guiding C-suite stakeholders, shaping data and AI strategies, and ensuring delivery excellence across multiple engagements.

You will mentor leaders, drive innovation in AI, data, and banking tech, and collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to create client value, with travel up to 80% as needed.

Qualifications

• A combined 10+ years of experience in management consulting, consumer lending, mortgage lending, or core banking.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams delivering complex projects.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Bonus points for experience with agentic AI use cases, channel modernization, or building AI agents for banking workflows.
• Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering.
• Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and data governance frameworks.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to innovate beyond traditional consulting approaches.
• Proficiency in visual storytelling tools (PowerPoint, data visualization platforms).

Responsibilities

• Set vision and strategy for large-scale, multi-workstream transformations using AI, data, and automation
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executives

• Oversee delivery excellence across engagements with quality and timelines
