• Ability to lead multi-workstream programs.
• Strong client relationship and C-suite engagement skills.

• Set vision and strategy for large-scale, multi-workstream transformation programs leveraging AI, data, and automation.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and executive stakeholders.
• Drive innovation by identifying emerging trends in AI, data, and banking technology and converting them into client value.
• Oversee delivery excellence across multiple engagements, ensuring quality, timelines, and stakeholder alignment.
• Mentor and develop future leaders, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate across Accenture’s ecosystem to deliver One Accenture value to clients.
• Must be willing to travel up to 80% (Monday – Thursday)
