Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Strategy consulting experience from a consulting firm or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of Banking, Capital Markets, and Payments industry experience with business/tech focus
• Minimum 3 years delivering analytics or digital technology projects for banking/financial services clients
• Minimum 4 years of large-scale transformation program leadership in banking/financial services
• Minimum 4 years of managing consulting or project teams
• Proven ability to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders
• Bachelor’s degree required

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of commercial banking strategy engagements, including growth, operating model, client experience, pricing, and digital transformation
• Guide teams to deliver banking strategy solutions for growth and modernization initiatives
• Build relationships with senior client leaders and act as trusted advisor
• Advise on market growth, client segmentation, relationship management, lending and deposits, treasury, payments, and channel strategy
• Integrate AI tools into engagements and identify value across operations
• Provide quantitative analysis and research to inform recommendations and outcomes
• Contribute to Accenture’s Banking practice through thought leadership and client-facing content
• Mentor junior Strategy team members
• Travel may be required based on client demand
