Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate/Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, finance, or related field.
• Experience in a client-centric sales role is valued.

Responsibilities

• Build and deepen client relationships by uncovering financial needs and recommending products and solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns with customized solutions.
• Present and cross-sell banking products (checking, savings, cards, loans, CDs, IRAs).
• Identify client needs for licensed sales and refer to partners as needed.
• Ensure compliance with regulations while handling day-to-day transactions and digital tools.
