Qualifications

• Able to educate clients on self-service banking (ATM, online, mobile).
• Experience or knowledge in financial services is preferred.
• Willing to work weekends/extended hours within a reasonable distance.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in the lobby to educate and assist with self-service banking.
• Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Develop deep conversations to understand financial goals and connect to solutions.
• Build relationships with clients and partner with experts in lending, investments, and SMB.
• Manage center traffic, appointments, outbound calls, and the client experience.
