Kearny Bank in New Jersey is seeking a Senior Personal Banker to deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients. You will manage the full client experience, identify needs, and recommend appropriate bank products and services in alignment with client goals.

You will also lead branch staff, ensure compliance, and contribute to client retention and growth through coaching and relationship-building conversations. This on-site role requires strong service standards.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail banking and/or cash handling experience required.
• Prior supervisory, team lead or coaching experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in all situations.

Responsabilités

• Process routine and complex transactions (account openings/closings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, transfers) per policies.
• Assist in retaining and growing existing client relationships by understanding client needs and proposing financial solutions.
• Support daily branch operations including reporting, audits, ATMs, cash vaults, and cash shipments.
• Ensure daily operational integrity and compliance with bank policies.
