Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience required.
• Prior client service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to maintain a positive and collaborative attitude in all situations.

Responsabilités

• Process routine and complex transactions such as account openings/closings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers in accordance with Bank policies.
• Assist in retaining and growing client relationships by understanding needs and offering relevant financial solutions.
• Participate in training and cross-training to assist clients as needed.
• Support daily branch operations including reporting, audits, ATMs, cash handling, and cash vault tasks.
• Ensure daily operational integrity and regulatory compliance (AML/CFT).
• Build client loyalty through courteous, professional service and knowledge of bank products.
