Kearny Bank is seeking a Personal Banker to deliver exceptional service to existing and prospective clients. This role manages the full client experience, processes transactions accurately, and builds strong relationships to support client goals.

The position is fully on-site in New Jersey, with opportunities to refer suitable financial solutions and contribute to branch operations. Candidates should have cash handling experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience required.
• Prior client service experience or a strong desire to work in the service industry preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Process a variety of routine and complex transactions such as account openings and closings, deposits, withdrawals, loan payments and transfers in accordance with bank policies.
• Assist in retaining and growing existing client relationships by understanding client needs and introducing relevant financial solutions.
• Participate in ongoing training and cross-training to assist clients.
• Support daily branch operations including reporting, audits, ATMs, coin machines, cash vault, etc.
• Maintain branch regulatory compliance and client service standards.
• Engage clients with consultative discussions and refer suitable products and services.
