Job summary

UOB Indonesia is hiring for a Sales/Service/Compliance role within its branch network. You will plan daily and weekly sales activities, grow customer balances, and provide product consultation while ensuring compliance and top-tier client service.

Responsibilities include establishing customer relationships, profiling needs, and handling administrative tasks such as account openings. Strong Indonesian banking knowledge and certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree
• Have WAPERD, WPPE and AAJI certifications (preferred)
• Have experience as a banking Relationship Manager min. 5 years
• Have knowledge of Indonesian banking procedures and regulations
• Have knowledge of banking operations
• Has experience in selling Funding, Wealth Management and Investment products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven ability to work across multi-disciplinary and multicultural environments

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily and weekly planning of sales activities to reach targets
• Increase customer account balance through ongoing sales activities (calls, visits)
• Introduce and explain products / promotions and provide product consultation
• Cross-sell and handle customer account-related administrative procedures
• Account opening and tracking customer communications and transactions
• Stay updated on UOB products and promotions and market trends
• Establish and maintain good relationships with customers
• Regular courtesy calls to check up on customers
• Profile customers to understand needs and preferences
• Solve customer issues and conduct financial planning
• Uphold superior service standard in line with UOB Wealth Management image
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction
• Serve as focal point between acquisition and telebanking teams
• Work closely with all branch team members
• All sales activities to be compliant with company and government regulations
