Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bank training program completion desired.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Strong sales and communication skills required.
• Spanish or other language skills a plus.
• Money handling experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Operate with accuracy using core banking systems and cash drawer.
• Balance cash daily and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Identify customers and verify documentation for transactions.
• Comply with bank policies, security, and KYC/OFAC requirements.
• Support branch goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Promote bank products and services to customers.
• Open or close branch as needed and work flexible hours.
