Job summary

Citizens Business Bank is seeking a Lead Banking Specialist I for our Burbank Financial Center. This full-time role focuses on operations, service excellence, and customer interaction within the Business Financial Center.

You will maintain product knowledge, process procedures, and collaborate to meet service objectives while supporting a busy front-line team in a dynamic banking environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedures; able to write routine reports and present to groups.
• Ability to perform basic math including discounts, percentages and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems with varied instructions and limited standardization.

Responsibilities

• Comply with all policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Provide customer service to meet or exceed service levels.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of products, services and programs.
• Apply bank policies to minimize losses and discrepancies.
• Assist in monthly control and center reporting.
• Support the Service Manager with expenses and performance reviews.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and support teamwork.
