Texas Capital is seeking an experienced Sr. Banking Operations Analyst in Dallas to deliver exceptional client service and operational support across consumer, commercial, and business banking products.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
• 5–7 years in financial services with consumer products knowledge.
• Strong understanding of banking laws and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of training/presentations.
• Proven problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking abilities.
• Ability to build positive cross-team relationships and influence outcomes.
• Highly organized with advanced time management; handle multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted contact for clients across multiple channels.
• Lead onboarding and maintenance activities for new and existing clients.
• Manage high-volume case work with timely resolutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues.
• Monitor alerts, triage, and communicate resolutions.
• Partner with LOB managers to address client needs and improve processes.
• Ensure compliance with banking policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze metrics and report trends for QA and improvements.
• Mentor team members and ensure proper training.
• Travel for client meetings and relationship reviews.
