Job summary

Texas Capital Bank seeks a seasoned client service professional to guide clients through digital onboarding and resolve technical barriers in real time. You will manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, using MS Office, Power BI, and Salesforce to support analytics and reporting.

As part of a high-touch team, you will build strong relationships with clients and in-market Financial Centers, educate clients on products, and ensure compliance throughout onboarding and account setup.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in client service and client facing industries.
• Banking experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Strong knowledge of security protocols, center operations, client service and sales.

Responsibilities

• Guide clients through digital onboarding and resolve barriers in real time.
• Identify root causes and resolve client and operational issues.
• Manage multiple priorities (calls, onboarding, office operations) in a fast-paced environment.
• Explain products and processes with clear written and verbal communication.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure regulatory compliance.
