Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking an experienced banking operations leader to guide teams across core processes, including onboarding, servicing, and risk controls. You will mentor staff, coordinate coverage, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle times and manual steps.

The role requires 6–9 years in financial services operations, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred. Equivalent operational banking experience may substitute for degree requirements.
• Typically, 6–9 years of banking or financial services operations experience.
• Experience managing complex operations processes and escalations.
• Prior experience supporting operational risk, controls, and process improvement initiatives preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and mentorship to employees across operations.
• Assist leadership with training, onboarding, and quality management activities.
• Support workforce coordination and operational coverage planning.
• Promote operational discipline, accountability, and continuous improvement culture.
• Manage and oversee complex operational processes and servicing activities.
• Review escalated transactions, exceptions, and operational issues.
• Ensure operational activities meet established SLAs, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor aging items, unresolved exceptions, and operational bottlenecks.
• Support critical processing activities during high-volume or high-risk periods.
• Lead or support process improvement initiatives focused on cycle time reduction, efficiency, capacity optimization, and automation.
