Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a senior leader to oversee treasury client service, onboarding, and post‑sale servicing across multiple lines of business. You will drive operational excellence, implement automation, and uphold risk and compliance standards to deliver exceptional client experiences.

A strong background in treasury products, project leadership, and strategic planning is required. You will partner with Sales, Relationship Management, and Technology teams to support growth initiatives

Qualifications

• Experience leading client service and treasury teams.
• Strong project management and process-improvement skills.
• Knowledge of treasury products and regulatory compliance a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Service Officers and treasury support professionals; establish performance expectations and coaching plans; foster a culture of client service excellence and continuous improvement.
• Treasury Client Service Oversight: Oversee onboarding, implementation coordination, servicing, and client issue resolution; ensure timely execution of treasury requests; collaborate with sales and relationship teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
• Line of Business Support: Serve as operational partner to Treasury Management, Commercial Banking, Business Banking, Corporate Banking, Private Banking and other lines; provide SME guidance on treasury products and processes.
• Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Evaluate workflows, implement automation, establish KPIs, lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Treasury Management, Technology, Compliance, Risk and Product Management.
• Risk Management & Compliance: Ensure adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements; strengthen internal controls and participate in audits and examinations.
• Strategic Planning: Support growth initiatives, analyze trends and performance, participate in budgeting and technology investment decisions.
• Strategic Transformation & Modernization: Drive automation, AI enablement, workflow modernization, straight‑through processing, process simplification and adoption of operational technologies.
