Job summary

Texas Capital Bank is seeking a senior operations professional to lead execution and oversight of complex processes across functions in Dallas. You will manage high-risk issues, coordinate priorities, and drive improvements in risk controls and governance.

Responsibilities include transformation initiatives, Lean/Kaizen projects, and robust executive reporting. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
• Series 7 and 65 licenses preferred or willingness to obtain it within 90 days.
• Experience typically 3–5 years in banking or financial services operations.
• Experience leading operational improvement or transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution and oversight of complex operational processes and servicing activities.
• Manage high-risk operational issues, escalations, and client impacting events.
• Coordinate operational priorities across teams and functions; monitor SLA adherence and service delivery.
• Lead execution and enhancement of operational risk and control frameworks; support governance activities.
• Drive operational transformation with Lean, Kaizen, automation, and improved workflows.
• Develop executive-level operational reporting, KPIs, and capacity planning.
