Texas Capital Bank seeks an Operations Associate – Client Service Officer to serve as the primary operational contact for commercial banking clients and support relationship teams, ensuring timely and accurate execution of client instructions.

The role balances client experience, operational excellence, and risk discipline, spanning onboarding, account maintenance, and servicing deposits, treasury, and lending products while coordinating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years of experience in commercial banking operations, client service, or commercial banking support.
• Strong understanding of commercial banking products and services.

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day service contact for assigned commercial clients. Partner with Relationship Managers (RMs) and Treasury Officers to support client needs.
• Proactively manage client inquiries related to accounts, services, documentation, and transactions.
• Ensure high-quality client experience with timely follow-up and clear communication.
• Coordinate onboarding and maintenance for deposit, treasury, and lending products (including lockbox, cash vault, wires, ACH, information reporting).
• Review client documentation for completeness and accuracy prior to submission.
• Track and manage service tickets, requests, and follow-ups to completion.
