Responsibilities include current-state assessments, target-state design, documentation of processes and controls, and driving improvements, with strong stakeholder management across Operations, Change, and Business teams.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of relevant experience within Financial Services Operations, ideally Investment Banking.
• Strong Business Analysis and process mapping expertise.
• Experience delivering change and process improvement initiatives.
• Understanding of operational controls, risk, and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Conducting current-state process assessments and process mapping.
• Designing target-state operating models and process flows.
• Documenting business processes, controls, and requirements to a high standard.
• Driving process improvement and control enhancement initiatives.
