Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a strategic transformation programme within a leading Investment Banking client. This role will focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening controls, enhancing margin call and payment accuracy, and driving sustainable process improvements across Operations teams.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years' experience within Financial Services.
• Experience in Banking Middle Office Operations (settlements, margin, payments).
• Strong Business Analysis experience within Investment Banking or Capital Markets.

Responsibilities

• Conduct current-state process assessments and end-to-end process mapping.
• Identify operational inefficiencies, process bottlenecks and control weaknesses.
• Design target-state operating models, workflows and control frameworks.
• Document business requirements, operating procedures, controls and process flows.
• Lead workshops with Operations, Business, Risk and Change stakeholders.
• Perform root cause analysis and gap assessments.
• Support implementation of process improvements and operational control enhancements.
• Define and track remediation actions to completion.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business areas.
• Support testing, implementation readiness and change adoption activities.
