Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years teller/new accounts experience.
• Experience with certifications, dormant accounts, levies and subpoenas, and merchant service representation.

Responsibilities

• Complies with policies and procedures and applicable laws.
• Processes levies and subpoenas.
• Performs certifications.
• Interviews customers to explain financial services and rents safe deposit boxes.
• Answers questions, investigates errors, and prevents recurrence.
• May handle cash daily and admit customers to safe deposit vault.
• Services and maintains ATM machines.
• Executes wire transfers.
• Promotes The Citizens Experience to customers.
