Responsibilities

• Assist Banking Center Manager with sales, service, P&L management, operations, and employee development.
• Assume banking center in Manager’s absence and maintain exceptional client experience.
• Meet or exceed individual sales, service and operations targets.
• Process routine banking transactions and assist with opening client accounts.
• Build COIs by networking and prospecting to propagate the bank brand.
• Document activities using Salesforce and other lead-management tools.
