First Financial Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager III to lead a banking center in Celina, Ohio. You will coach a team to deliver exceptional client experiences, meet service goals, and drive relationship growth through proactive client engagement and referrals.

You will oversee daily operations, audits, and sales execution while fostering an inclusive team environment and strong community involvement. A strong banking background and leadership track record are essential.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of leadership coaching/management in a retail banking environment.
• 4–5 years of success with multiple sales leadership processes and execution.
• 4–5 years of sales and service experience in retail banking with goal attainment.
• 4–5 years demonstrated success with achievement of performance goals.
• Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or banking work experience preferred.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Achieve banking center service levels and performance goals while building and leading a high-performing team.
• Develop a culture focused on exceptional client experience and deepening client relationships.
• Maintain a compliant, efficient banking center environment and drive audit scores and sales execution.
• Coach and motivate associates; lead daily huddles and team meetings.
• Foster partnerships with internal partners to deepen client relationships and referrals.
