Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in a customer-centric sales environment with leadership track record.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and talent development skills.
• Technologically savvy with MS Office and banking systems.
• Must register and maintain NMLS; valid driver’s license and travel required.
