Qualificações

• 4-5 years of demonstrated leadership in a retail environment
• 4-5 years of personal experience in sales and service with success in achieving goals
• Strong knowledge of banking policies and procedures

Responsabilidades

• Lead a single banking center to achieve service levels and performance goals
• Build and develop a team focused on exceptional client experience and relationship deepening
• Drive new client acquisition, retention and growth of client relationships and non-interest income
• Coach and develop staff through observational coaching and ROPE framework
• Maintain daily operations, audits, and sales execution
• Foster partnerships with bank specialists to meet client needs and community opportunities
