You will collaborate with product specialists, ensure daily operations are compliant, onboard clients, and participate in community engagement to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of coaching and/or mentoring in a retail environment.
• 1-2 years of personal experience in sales and service with previous success in achieving sales and service goals in a retail environment.
• 1-2 years demonstrated prior success with achievement of performance goals.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent banking work experience preferred
• 1-2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Maintain a banking center environment and commitment to exceptional client experience to foster loyalty.
• Ensure banking center performance goals are met or exceeded, supporting district/region goals.
• Foster an inclusive, team-oriented environment with strong communication.
• Develop and lead a team knowledgeable in bank products, policies, and procedures.
• Oversee daily operations, audits, and sales execution for the center.
• Open deposit accounts, process loan applications, close loans, and coach staff in account growth.
• Onboard new clients and ensure timely follow-up calls.
• Manage overall financial center sales and its impact on district performance.
• Lead daily huddles, team meetings, and recruitment efforts to grow the team.
