First Financial Bank is seeking a Financial Center Manager III in Kentucky to lead a banking center team, drive client acquisition and relationship growth, and ensure strong financial performance. You will coach staff, enforce compliance, and foster a service-oriented culture to deliver an exceptional client experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, onboarding of new clients, and collaboration with partners to meet district goals while maintaining high audit and risk standards.

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of leadership/coaching or mentoring in a retail environment.
• 4–5 years of sales leadership processes and execution.
• 4–5 years of sales and service experience with success in achieving goals in a retail setting.
• 4–5 years of demonstrated success with achievement of performance goals.
• Working knowledge of banking policies and procedures.
• HP diploma/GED required; associate/bachelor's degree preferred.
• 4–5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
