Qualifications

• Experience independently eliciting, documenting, validating, and managing business requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
• Excellent facilitation skills to lead stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements discussions.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and project artifacts.
• Experience maintaining requirements traceability and supporting validation across the lifecycle.
• Ability to partner with QA and stakeholders to support testing alignment and defect analysis.
• Ability to document reporting, data, and measurement requirements for decision-making.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management to interact with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing business processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Contribute to business case development by identifying benefits, costs, risks, and dependencies.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business requirements for projects and initiatives.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create BRDs, user stories, process flows, and other project artifacts.
• Maintain RTM and ensure requirements are traced through design, testing, and implementation.
• Prioritize requirements with stakeholders and manage scope to align with objectives.
• Document reporting, data, and measurement requirements to support decision-making.
• Support testing alignment and defect analysis with QA and stakeholders.
• Identify risks, dependencies, assumptions, and potential impacts to project teams.
