Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Proficiency in coding and debugging
• Experience with SQL Server and database management
• Strong written and oral communication across technical and user perspectives
• Familiarity with banking software systems and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications for banking and financial services.
• Collaborate with operations and administration to ensure software compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Manage software development projects, including research, workflow, IT processes, and data mapping for system integration.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in coding, debugging, and best practices.
• Develop middleware solutions to enable seamless integration between information systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and enhance banking software systems, including Symitar and MS SQL Server.
