Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development.
• Proficiency in coding, debugging, and using software audit tools.
• Strong written and oral communication in technical and user-friendly contexts.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications for banking and financial services.
• Collaborate with operations and administration to ensure software compliance with industry standards and legal requirements.
• Manage and oversee software development projects, including research, workflow, IT process, and data mapping to optimize system integration.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers in coding, debugging, and best practices to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes.
• Develop middleware solutions to facilitate seamless integration between disparate information systems.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and make informed technical decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain and enhance technical banking software systems, including Symitar, Microsoft SQL Server and other relevant platforms.
