Job summary

Southland Credit Union is seeking a Software Engineer to help build and maintain web applications that support associates and Members daily. You’ll work across the full stack, from frontend interfaces to secure backend services, using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and APIs.

Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional web app development experience.
• Five+ years in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Five+ years experience with SQL/MySQL.
• Five+ years experience with the .NET Framework.
• Experience consuming REST, JSON, XML, or SOAP web services.
• Experience with Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Experience with Git.
• Knowledge of secure software development practices.
• Familiarity with Node.js or Python is a plus.
• Experience with Symitar SymXchange or financial systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications across front-end and back-end.
• Create responsive, user-friendly interfaces and secure services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and IT across the lifecycle.
