Job summary

Qualifications

10+ years of customer facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
Strong cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, and GTM teams.
Self-starter capable of working independently to drive results.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle complex negotiations and bespoke agreements.

Responsibilities

Drive revenue and new customer acquisition for Stripe’s bank-payments portfolio across enterprise and platform customers.
Create strategic territory plans and lead outreach with account teams to develop a robust pipeline.
Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead business and technical discussions.
Advise customers on bank payment use cases, tradeoffs, and cost considerations.
Synthesize customer feedback to inform Stripe’s product roadmap and GTM plays.
