Stripe, a financial infrastructure platform, is hiring a founding Account Executive for Bank Payments. You will shape Stripe’s go-to-market for bank payments, partner with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and GTM teams to build expertise, lead complex deals, and guide conversations with existing and prospective customers.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of customer-facing experience at a leading technology or payments company.
• Proven ability to build trusted advisor relationships with senior business leaders.
• Experience leading complex negotiations with bespoke commercial agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft cross-functional solutions.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment with changing requirements.
• Self-starter capable of operating independently.

Responsabilités

• Drive revenue, adoption, and new customer acquisition for Stripe’s bank-payments portfolio across enterprise and platform customers.
• Create a strategic territory plan, lead outreach efforts, and partner with core account teams to develop a robust, qualified bank payments pipeline.
• Develop relationships with executive stakeholders and lead business and technical discussions with existing and prospective customers.
• Advise customers on bank payment use cases and tradeoffs, including conversion, account verification, returns, fraud risk, settlement experience, and costs.
• Deeply understand Stripe’s bank payments products and competitors, serving as an internal and customer-facing expert on the portfolio and market.
• Identify early-adopter customers and turn successful engagements into repeatable discovery, positioning, and deal-execution playbooks.
• Engage with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize customer, win/loss, and competitive feedback that informs Stripe’s product roadmap.
• Contribute to go-to-market playbooks alongside Product, Marketing, Sales, and Technical Services stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively across Stripe to shape bank-payment products and solutions that meet customer needs.
