Job summary

Saint Cyr Partners is hiring Production Supervisors for a bakery operation. This on-site, full-time role covers first, second, and third shifts and oversees a team of 15–25 employees, ensuring safe, high-quality products while meeting production goals.

You will lead daily activities, coach staff, maintain GMPs and food safety, and partner with maintenance and quality to resolve issues. Base salary is 86–93K with a 5% bonus; benefits include health insurance, vacation, sick time, 401(k) and

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in food manufacturing; bakery or frozen food experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead employees, manage performance, and build accountability.
• Working knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and manufacturing operations.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work the assigned shift and support production scheduling needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities, staffing, and shift assignments.
• Coach, train, and develop employees while setting clear expectations.
• Maintain food safety, quality, sanitation, and workplace safety standards.
• Monitor production performance, address downtime, and improve efficiency.
• Partner with maintenance, quality, and other departments to resolve issues.
• Communicate priorities and ensure effective shift handoffs.
