Job summary

Bimbo QSR in Valdosta, GA is seeking a Supervisor-Production for the bakery on the 3rd shift. You will oversee the production of baked goods, ensure product quality, and complete production orders while maintaining GMP and HACCP compliance with strong housekeeping standards.

You will coach and develop associates, schedule staff to maximize efficiency, lead Lean manufacturing activities, and partner with management to drive safety, cost control and continuous improvement across the shift.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years supervisory experience in production.
• Baking or food industry experience preferred.
• Willingness to work varied shifts.
• Self-directed with high energy and motivation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coach, counsel, train and develop associate’s skills.
• Review sales orders and develop a production schedule that meets demands.
• Schedule associates to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and motivate associates to maximize productivity and minimize operating costs.
• Ensure products are produced at an acceptable quality level.
• Drive compliance with safety, GMP, HACCP training and company policies.
• Inspect equipment and develop corrective action plans as needed.
• Develop and track sanitation training programs.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing activities as needed.
• Conduct routine safety inspections.
