Job summary

Bimbo QSR Chicago LLC in Valdosta, GA, is seeking a Supervisor-Production for the bakery on 3rd shift. You will oversee production, ensure quality and safety, and lead a team to meet daily targets.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, and strong communication and leadership skills; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus. On-site position with opportunities for advancement and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; technical/business degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in production.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Experience in baking or food industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coach, counsel, train and develop associates.
• Review sales orders and develop a production schedule.
• Schedule associates to maximize efficiency.
• Lead and motivate associates to maximize productivity and minimize costs.
• Ensure products meet acceptable quality levels.
• Drive safety, GMP, and QCP training compliance.
• Inspect equipment and plan corrective actions.
• Develop training programs related to sanitation.
• Participate in LEAN manufacturing activities.
• Conduct routine safety inspections.
• Additional duties as assigned.
