Job summary

BQ in Valdosta, GA, is hiring a Supervisor-Production for the bakery on the 3rd shift. You will oversee production of baked goods, enforce GMP/HACCP, schedule staff, and drive lean initiatives to maximize safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to train and motivate teams while maintaining strict compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience in production in the food industry preferred.
• Strong leadership and training abilities.
• Willingness to work varied shifts and high energy to drive change.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a safe working environment.
• Coach, train, and develop associates on the shift.
• Review production orders and develop schedules to meet demand.
• Schedule associates to maximize efficiency and control costs.
• Lead lean manufacturing activities and ensure GMP/HACCP compliance.
