The Cheesecake Factory Bakery in Calabasas, CA is hiring a Production Shift Manager to oversee all production activities on one shift. You will direct supervisors and leaders on the production floor to ensure operational excellence, quality, and safety.

Bring 10+ years of food manufacturing management, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams, manage staffing and inventory, and drive performance metrics. Compensation ranges from $116,000 to $131,000 per year with benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in food manufacturing management with supervisor experience.
• Strong quantitative and interpersonal skills.
• Self-directed, able to work independently and in groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize work.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise production activities across all processes.
• Ensure product quality according to formulations and specs.
• Manage staffing levels within area of responsibility.
• Use performance metrics to optimize productivity and labor efficiency.
• Manage material usage to minimize waste and maximize yield.
• Coordinate with Receiving and Purchasing for inventory rotation and levels.
• Oversee GMPs, sanitation, and safety compliance.
• Maintain a 900+ AIB sanitation score.
• Record attendance and administer attendance policies.
• Develop and train employees to meet key performance objectives.
• Direct all personnel activities in compliance with laws and company policies.
