The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is seeking a Production Lead to own the line and ensure top quality, safety, and on-time production across our Calabasas, CA and Rocky Mount, NC facilities. You will guide a shop-floor team, coordinate with QA, and drive efficient manufacturing processes in a fast-paced bakery environment.

Formación

• Must have flexible schedule and be able to work 2nd shift.
• Must be PQG (Product, Quality, Guarantee).
• Manufacturing or Food Handling knowledge.
• Ability to read and understand Product Specifications.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Industrial technical or machinery experience.
• Basic hand tools knowledge.
• Basic computer skills including Outlook and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of GMP and People Safety policies.
• Strong verbal and written communication; English and Spanish preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead production work area with or without direct supervision.
• Support the supervisor with monitoring performance and attendance and escalates if needed.
• Responsible for attainment of yields and safe, cost-effective manufacture.
• Handle waste and document waste disposal data.
• Issue directives for optimum utilization of personnel and equipment.
• Ensure team members understand responsibilities and are trained and certified.
• Study production schedules and estimate worker hours.
• Collaborate with QA to ensure product meets specifications.
